What are Haven Rewards?

We created the Haven Rewards program to thank you for being our client.  Points are awarded each time you visit and can be used towards Haven services and products.  This is a free program and is presented as a courtesy to all our clients.

How do I get started?

You don’t have to do a thing!  All Haven clients* are automatically enrolled in the program and are already earning points.

How do I accumulate points?

It’s easy!  You accumulate points through everyday interactions with Haven Spa.   Below is a list of ways you can accumulate points, and their assigned value: 

10,000 Points for referring a new client to Haven.
5,000 Points for scheduling your next visit during your first visit.
1,000 Points for scheduling your next visit during your current visit.
500 Points for every gift card purchased. 5 points for each dollar spent on products in our retail boutique.   
5 points for each dollar spent on services at Haven.   
5 points for each dollar spent on gift cards. 

How much are points worth?

1000 points = $1.00 credited to your Haven Rewards account.

How and when can I redeem my Haven Rewards Points?

Much like an airline frequent flier program, point redemptions are subject to a few rules and restrictions.

Points are redeemable immediately.  Points can be redeemed for partial services, products, or gift card purchases.

If a pre-scheduled appointment is cancelled, no points will be accrued.

Points will not be awarded for any services or products associated with a promotion.

Points will not be awarded for any transactions paid for with a gift card or for any transactions which are paid for with points.

Points are non-transferable but can be used to purchase a gift card with a value of $100 or more.

*Members of discount programs, promotional programs, and employees, their friends and families, of Haven Spa are not eligible for points.

Are Haven Rewards redeemable for cash?

No.  Points are not redeemable for cash - points have no cash value.

Do Haven Rewards expire?

Nope

Haven Memberships

Haven currently offers a 10% discount to NYU and other students with a valid ID.
